The 2009 season hasn't even ended yet for the Phillies but we can already start looking ahead as the Phils have released their 2010 schedule. You can click here to go to Phillies.com and see the entire schedule, but here are the highlights:
-The Phillies open the season on April 5th in D.C. against the Nationals.
-The home opener is one week later on April 12th, also against the Nationals. That's right, 6 of their first 9 games are against the Nats. Sounds good to me.
-For Interleague play this year, the Phillies travel to Boston and New York to play the Red Sox and Yankees. They also play in Toronto and have home series against the Red Sox, Indians and Twins.
-The 2010 season ends for the Phillies on October 3rd in Atlanta.
