Westbrook gets new deal?

According to ProFootballTalk.com, Brian Westbrook might be getting his wish of a new contract. The site hears that Westbrook is telling people that he has struck a deal with the Eagles, probably worth something close to the 3 years, 30 million that he wanted. ProFootballTalk.com is not always the best source, but it's good to hear that a resolution could be coming soon. As the Eagles primary weapon, Westbrook deserves his money. If he sits out any games while demanding a new deal, the Eagles would be pretty weak offensively. On that same note, let's hope Westbrook can stay healthy throughout most of the length of his new deal.
